David Colman

David is responsible for asset management and investor relations. David currently serves as CEO at a large Multi-Family Company, and is responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the company's strategic direction. Previously, David worked at BlackRock in NYC, where he began as an Analyst in BlackRock's Proprietary Alpha Strategies group. David’s most recent role at BlackRock was working on the fixed-income trading floor as a Product Strategist. David earned a BBA from the University of Michigan-Ross School of Business.
